At bootiesshops, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that is defective or not as described, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to provide you with a refund or replacement.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
